Coming from I70: 
1) Take the Evergreen Parkway Exit #252
2) Travel down the Parkway through 4 stop lights (ignore 1st entrance to Bergan Parkway)
3) At the 5th stop light - Bergen Parkway - take a left hand turn
4) Take the 1st left hand turn onto Castle Court into a business complex
5) As you travel down Castle Court, it will fork - stay to the left
6) The hospital is at the back of the complex on your right.

Coming from Evergreen Lake/Hwy 74: 
1) From Evergreen Lake, travel North on Hwy 74 through 3 stoplights.
2) At the 4th stoplight - Bergan Parkway - take a right hand turn
3) Take the first left hand turn onto Castle Court into a business complex.
4) As you travel down Castle Court, it will fork - stay to the left
5) The hospital is at the back of the complex on your right
